"'INKAMAN' is an ongoing audio-visual project that has received support from culture funds organizations such as 'Stimuleringsfonds' in 2021, and 'Stichting Rizoom' provided additional support in 2023.
The project features the collaboration between the Adam quartet, me, and Soheil Shayesteh, a talented Kamancheh player and electronic musician based in Amsterdam.
The piece combines live ink painting with computer-generated visuals, creating a unique and immersive experience that allows the live music to interact with the images. The project premiered at the Gaudeamus Festival in Utrecht, where it received enthusiastic feedback from the audience. We are thrilled to continue this project and explore new ways to combine music, art, and technology."
